This workshop is usually reserved for my invite only Mastermind group. I’m opening a few spots for outside gym owners who want to learn this important skill.
How to make $865.38 per hour writing emails… even if you flunked English, barely cracked 910 on your SATs, or your guidance counselor laughed when you asked about college

My high school invited me to speak about business success at their career day… my English teacher was vehemently opposed.

Howdy! Some very interesting times we’re living in right now. Some of it great, others kind of sloppy… but nothing more sloppy than fully AI-generated emails.
As I see what comes into my inbox, I’m watching people’s brains literally getting dumber from relying on a machine that, quite frankly, sucks at creating relationships with people. And if you know anything about email marketing, you know that…
…Your relationship with the list is THE most important part of the entire game. AI-generated content loses with email.
Many of you might be thinking, “Vince, why are you talking to us like it’s 1994 — don’t you realize the power of the machine?”
I do realize that, but here’s what I’ll say to you: You won’t make good chicken salad out of chicken shit. If you DO want to use AI to help… but you don’t give the AI anything good to work with… it’ll never produce anything that sells. It’ll just be roped into all the other slop that’s being peddled right now. The key to being successful with AI is giving it something good and allowing it to help you produce things that sell.
I, sadly, went through a short AI phase, but personally have brought down my use of any AI to write emails to almost zero. I can spot them from a mile away and it’s kinda gross… especially when they don’t even remove the lines, dashes, 3-word sentences, or worse… fully admit they used ChatGPT.
How have we fallen this far?
On our recent mastermind call I asked many of you how many emails you’re sending each week. The number of ZEROES saddened me. Even with access to a machine that can write emails in 20 seconds… a large majority of gym owners in my own group (you) are not leveraging one of the most valuable assets you could ever own. This boggles my mind and makes me wonder if people really understand the power of email marketing.
I am NOT against the use of AI entirely, and think for certain things it’s brilliant (as you’ll learn at July Mastermind). I just haven’t been impressed by it for email marketing… and this skill is too valuable for me to not help you develop it.
This workshop, of course, is NOT for everyone. If you want to continue producing AI slop, be my guest. This is for the few, the proud, and the ones who still want to use their own brain and produce quality content that builds a relationship with the list. Lord knows AI slop does not do that.
Recently, several people in SPF asked me to teach another email marketing workshop. Your wish is granted. This would mark my 4th email marketing workshop, and I believe this one is the most important one ever. Hearing you guys want a workshop like this made me happy and gave me hope that not everyone wants to take the easy road (or the no-email-at-all road) and truly wants to become a better marketer.
The GFP newspaper ad — over $60,000 in lifetime client value in 2026.Click the ad to enlarge & read itBut I’m also adding another element. I’ve been having massive success with print marketing at GFP as of late, and one of my newspaper ads (pictured here) has been responsible for over $60,000 in LCV in 2026.
A small handful of you are following this path and it’s a smart call. That being said, most have no clue what they’re doing with print marketing, and I’ve never really unpacked my methods. So there’s that.
It gets better. I’ve recently hired one of the world’s greatest email and print marketing copywriters as my coach. He’s helped me elevate my game in the last few months to a very high level. He’s also working with me on a sick direct mail campaign. I’ve asked him to join me to help teach this workshop.

Doberman Dan — legendary direct response copywriter and my coach.
His name is Doberman Dan. Dan is a legend in direct response marketing and has the respect of THE most famous names in the business, like Dan Kennedy and Gary Halbert. In fact, Dan actually lived in the same apartment as Gary Halbert (arguably the world’s greatest marketer to ever live) in Costa Rica. In the very short time I’ve worked with Dan, I’ve seen tremendous increases in the results of my email and print marketing. I’ll not only pass that to you, but I’m going to bring Dan in personally to teach you some evil tricks in the world of print marketing.
Joining me alongside Doberman Dan will be our very own Ben Stocks. I’ve asked Ben to teach a lesson on how to write succulent Facebook ad copy. If there’s anyone to teach you how to write words that sell when running ads on Facebook, it’s Ben Stocks. Once you have the foundations from Ben, you’ll be able to use AI to help replicate YOUR voice for your Facebook ads. Until then, you’re at the mercy of AI taking bad ads, swirling them around, and giving them to you on a platter. Remember the chicken shit/salad thing? …same concept.
Here’s what I’m going to cover
- The NEW way to write email subject lines that I’ve never taught before — the ones that are jacking open rates. These subject lines don’t just avoid getting ignored; they trigger (I hate this word) people into opening your emails.
- The exact strategies I use to leverage AI to write faster emails without producing AI SLOP. You nerds will love this stuff.
- The 5 most powerful ways to build your email list so you get a consistent flow of fresh people on your list — which means you can count on getting more buyers from your list.
- The right and wrong way to use 9-word emails — and how, after seeing this, you’ll never let another month pass without writing one.
- The Facebook ad copy formula that a former Maryland gym owner used to create millions in revenue for people over 40.
- The 6 most powerful laws of influence that get people to buy — and how to lace all of them into your emails.
- The #1 most effective re-activation email I’ve ever sent — the mindset behind it, and of course the exact copy for you to swipe and deploy.
- How to structure a 90-day onboarding email sequence that cements new clients into long-term relationships and turns them into people who refer others to your gym.
- How to make 7× your money with print marketing and not get raked over the coals by the bureaucrats and charlatans running these publications who try to get you to sign 3-year contracts without even testing it first.
- How to get your current members to respect you more, buy more from you, and refer more of their friends — by sending one measly email per week.
- How to build out an email marketing calendar so you know exactly what to send and when, so you never miss another opportunity to get a new client from email.
- How to NOT get yourself tossed in email jail — and how to get out if you ever get in.
- The secret to keeping open rates high that almost nobody ever uses (this is perfect for people worried about sending too many emails).
- My secret strategy for staying consistent with writing emails — one that works even if you’re a lazy SOB who never finishes anyth (get it?).
What’s possible for you with email?
PLEASE READ THIS CAREFULLY…
Let’s take an email list with 2,000 people and a conservative 20% open rate. This means that 400 people open your email each time you send.
If you send 3 emails per week for 52 weeks, that’s 156 emails, which comes to 62,400 eyes on your emails. Let’s say only 0.5% of that 62,400 engage with you… that’s 312 possible sales.
If you convert 5% of the 312 into new clients, that’s 15 new clients. An average Lifetime Client Value for you guys is easily $3,000, which brings us to $45,000. Not too shabby for a few emails.
Here’s where the bragging rights kick in. I’m going to teach you how to write all 3 emails in under an hour per week.
Spending 1 hour per week comes to 52 hours a year. If this effort helps get 15 clients… this 52 hours generates around $45,000 (depending on your LCV). $45,000 divided by 52 means you’re getting paid $865.38 per hour to write emails. The math for email confirms you’ll make more money per hour than your lawyer.
This is VERY possible, but one HUGE thing gets in the way… getting the 156 emails out consistently. This is where most struggle, and it’s why skipping this workshop is unforgivable.
Once you build your confidence with email, you will WANT to sit down and write. When you WANT to write, you’ll start having fun doing it… and people will start to notice. THEY will start to WANT to open your emails… and once you build a relationship with them, it’s only a matter of time before they buy. I have given this skill to many people in this group already.
Why listen to me about email?
Personally, I am going on a decade writing a daily email. That’s close to 3,000 emails, and I’ve learned quite a bit along the way. Not only have I had personal experience writing emails for both GFP and my consulting business, but I’ve been personally coached by people regarded as the world’s greatest email copywriters.
First is a man named Matt Furey, who is considered the GOAT of email marketing. I spent a full year working with Matt in a 1-on-1 coaching setting. Matt taught me more about email in that year than most people will learn in a lifetime.

The legend, Dan Kennedy — a man who taught me more in 2 hours than most people could teach in a lifetime.
Second, I’ve had a nine-year relationship with arguably the greatest current email marketer, Ben Settle. I’ve been a subscriber to Ben’s newsletter for nine years and have 1-on-1 personal correspondence with him regularly. I even had Ben speak at the SPF mastermind way back in the day.
Third, this past year I worked privately with a guy named Joey Percia. Joey is regarded as one of the top email copywriters in the country and gets paid handsomely to write emails for guys like Russell Brunson. Joey’s main gig is getting paid to write emails, but he also teaches others to write banger emails. I did a deep-dive coaching program with Joey late in 2025, and it was Joey who helped me leverage the use of AI without sounding like a dweeb or putting out AI slop.
Last and most notable, I’ve worked one-on-one with the great Dan Kennedy. I spent over $10,000 for a measly two hours with Dan… but the return on those two hours eclipses what I spent.
I say all this to let you know I ain’t making this stuff up. I not only have 2 decades in the trenches writing emails that make money… I’ve been coached up by THE best in the world. If I can transfer even a small fraction of what’s in my brain about email, the investment for this program is laughable.
Why on 9/11?
The date for this event is September 11, 2026. September 11th is one of those events where you remember exactly where you were when it happened. My dad, sister, and brother-in-law all worked in the World Trade Center, so this hit close to home for me.
I choose September 11th because it symbolizes living in this amazing and free country. September 11th brought unity to New York City and all over the US. That unity was an incredible expression of our freedom.
I’m very grateful for those men and women much braver than me who risked their lives for our freedom. The very reason I sit here on my front porch and type this is because of that freedom.

FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller, whose final run inspired the Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
When I think about email, I think about a skill I’ve developed over the past decade that literally changed my life. Having the skill to write emails where I can literally make money whenever I want has brought an incredible sense of freedom to my life. I want to help you develop that skill so you can share in that freedom.
I will also be taking 25% of the proceeds from this event and putting it toward the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation. So you’ll be investing in your own education, developing a skill that will last you a lifetime, and at the same time giving back to the heroes from 9/11. Sounds like a great day.
Stephen Siller was a 34-year-old FDNY firefighter assigned to Squad 1 in Park Slope, Brooklyn. On the morning of 9/11, he had just gotten off the late shift and driven off to play golf with his brothers when word came over his scanner about the first plane hitting the towers. He called his wife Sally, told her to tell his brothers he’d catch up later, and turned back to grab his gear.
He drove his truck to the entrance of the Brooklyn–Battery Tunnel, but it had been closed for security. Determined to carry out his duty, he strapped his gear to his back and raced on foot through the tunnel to the Twin Towers… a distance of about three miles, where he lost his life saving others. He left behind Sally and their five children; his body was never found. The “Tunnel to Towers” name commemorates exactly that final journey.

The annual Tunnel to Towers 5K, retracing Stephen Siller’s final route.
Stephen’s brother Frank Siller and the family created the Tunnel to Towers Foundation in December 2001, and it’s operated as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit since 2003. The core mission is providing mortgage-free homes to families of fallen first responders, Gold Star families, and catastrophically injured veterans. A lot of it is funded through nationwide charity runs, the flagship being the annual Tunnel to Towers 5K that retraces Stephen’s route through the Brooklyn–Battery Tunnel.
Who should come to this?
Anyone who wants to develop a skill that can generate $865.38/hour.
See you on the 11th,
Vince Gabriele
