What is the strategy call?

A free 30-minute Zoom call with Vince to look at your gym's growth picture: where you are today, where you want to be in 12 months, and the gap between the two. You leave with a clear, honest read on the next move β€” even if that move has nothing to do with one of our programs.

Is this call really with Vince himself?

Yes. The book-a-call page is for owners who specifically want time with Vince. If you'd rather start with one of Vince's coaches (Tom for sales, Carly for marketing), book the Find The Money call instead β€” same price, same quality, faster availability.

How long is the call and what does it cost?

30 minutes on Zoom. Free. We don't ask for a credit card and there's no obligation on the back end.

Is this a sales call in disguise?

No. It's a strategy conversation. If Vince thinks one of our programs is the right fit for what you're trying to build, he'll say so at the end β€” but only after the actual coaching is done. If we're not the right fit, he'll tell you that too and point you toward what would actually help.

What should I prepare?

Two numbers: your current monthly revenue and your active client count. If you can also bring your average client value and your monthly lead count, Vince can go deeper. Otherwise, just show up and talk through what's working and what isn't.

What if my gym is small or just starting out?

Vince started where you started. The call works for owners doing $5k/month all the way up to $100k+/month β€” the conversation just calibrates to where you are. If you're truly pre-revenue (haven't opened yet), book the call anyway; we'll be honest about whether now's the right time to talk.

What happens after the call?

You walk out with a written action plan covering the 1-2 highest-leverage moves to make in the next 30 days. If you want help executing, we'll explain how our coaching programs work β€” but the action plan is yours either way.
