Joe has been in your shoes. He started out as a high school Economics and U.S. History teacher, opened a gym in his garage with just two clients, and over 15 years built Synergy into a multi-location powerhouse serving thousands of personal training clients. Named his Chamber's Small Business Person of the Year in 2018, Joe now coaches gym owners across the country to grow and scale — because he's done it himself, from the very bottom up.

Tom — call him Leo — knows how to run a gym from top to bottom. With 19+ years in the fitness industry and 2.5 years managing Vince's gym, GFP, he's an expert in operations, HR, lead generation, and above all, sales. He also leads SPF's AI tooling, building clever (and totally legal) resources that help gym owners follow up faster and close more. Tom will sharpen your sales process and train your team so you can focus on the rest of your business.
Marketing Coach & Strategist
Carly is your expert marketing coach. For the past three years she's been the Marketing & Sales Manager at Synergy Athletics, where she mastered the art of telling powerful member success stories through email, social media, and joint-venture marketing. Before fitness, she spent three years as a pharmaceutical advertising account executive — giving her a strong foundation in strategic marketing and communication. Paid Ads & Copywriting Coach
Ben makes your advertising work harder so you don't have to. He opened his first gym just after turning 20, grew and sold it in 2017, then went all-in on paid advertising and copywriting. Since then he's directly managed tens of millions of dollars in ad spend for gyms around the world. Mell keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes. After five years as a social worker, she moved into key operational roles at Synergy — handling HR, payroll, and bookkeeping. She's also been married to a gym owner (our head coach, Joe) for over 18 years, so she truly understands the ins and outs of running a fitness business. That blend of operational expertise and real-world gym experience makes her your go-to for getting set up for success.

Kara connects you to the resources you need, combs through the Friday Check-Ins to celebrate your wins (and call you out if you're skipping!), and runs our awesome printed newsletter with member spotlights. A middle school teacher for the past 10 years — now in her dream role teaching PE and health — she practically lived at a small-town gym through college. She brings that same passion for fitness and education to the Member Success team every day.
