Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of vincegabriele.com, our masterclasses, the members area, the AI Toolbox, and any program offered by Vince Gabriele Coaching and Fitness Business University (“we”, “us”). By using any of them you agree to these terms.

What we offer

Business coaching, training, content, software tools, and community access for gym and fitness business owners. The substance of what we offer is education and coaching — not legal, medical, financial, tax, or professional advice. You are responsible for deciding what to do with what you learn.

Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 18 to use the site or join a program. If you create an account or use the members area, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. You agree that the payment method you provide is yours, valid, and that you authorize the charges shown at checkout, including any recurring charges and any trial conversion charges disclosed at sign-up. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Masterclass & introductory offers

When you register for a paid masterclass at an introductory price (for example, a one-dollar registration with a follow-on charge if you stay enrolled), the follow-on amount and date are disclosed at checkout. You can cancel before the follow-on charge by emailing vince@gabrielefitness.com and we will not bill the follow-on amount.

Cancellations & refunds

You can cancel any subscription or membership at any time by emailing vince@gabrielefitness.com. Cancellation stops future billing. We are not obligated to refund payments already made, but we honor reasonable refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Materials and content delivered remain subject to the IP terms below.

Acceptable use

You may not (a) resell, repackage, or republish our content; (b) share members-only access with anyone outside your business; (c) scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the site or its services; or (d) use any of it to violate the law or anyone else’s rights. We can suspend or end access for misuse.

Intellectual property

All program content — courses, recordings, written materials, scripts, frameworks, templates, the AI Toolbox, and everything else on the site — is owned by us or our licensors. You get a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use it for your own business while your account is in good standing. Anything you submit to us (for example, in coaching calls, the members area, or testimonials) you grant us a license to use to provide and improve the programs and, where applicable, to share in marketing materials.

No guarantees

We share what works in our gym and in our clients’ businesses. Results vary. Nothing on this site or in any program is a guarantee of revenue, profit, lead volume, or business outcome. Your results depend on your business, your market, your team, your effort, and many other factors outside our control.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site, the programs, and the tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent allowed by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the programs is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or business interruption, even if we were advised of the possibility.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and indemnify us against any third-party claims arising out of your misuse of the programs or your violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site or any program after the update means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in New Jersey.
