Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Vince Gabriele Coaching and Fitness Business University (“we”, “us”) collect when you use vincegabriele.com, our masterclasses, the members area, the AI Toolbox, and any related programs. We keep this short and plain on purpose.

What we collect

What you give us. When you opt into an email list, register for a masterclass, book a call, become a member, or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone (if you give it), the gym or business you run, and anything you write in a form.

Payments.Payments are processed by Stripe. We don’t store your card number. Stripe stores it under their own privacy policy and PCI compliance.

Usage data. Like most sites, our servers and analytics tools record IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer URL, and timestamps. We use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure ad and content performance. If you arrived from a Facebook or Google ad, we capture the campaign, ad set, and creative identifiers (UTM parameters and Facebook click ID) so we can attribute the registration.

Cookies.We use cookies for authentication (keeping you signed into the members area), to remember attribution from your first visit, and for analytics. You can block or clear cookies in your browser; some features (like the members area) won’t work without them.

How we use it

To deliver what you signed up for. To send the emails, course materials, masterclass joining links, member tools, and call confirmations you asked for. To measure which ads and content work. To improve the programs. To follow up if you raised your hand. To comply with the law.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with unrelated third parties for their marketing.

Who we share it with

We share data with the vendors that run the site for us. Today that list includes: Stripe (payments), GoHighLevel (CRM, email, SMS), Resend (transactional email), Supabase (member database hosting), Vercel (web hosting), Google Analytics, and Meta (Facebook) Pixel. Each operates under their own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as you are a contact, member, or customer, and for a reasonable time after for record-keeping, tax, and legal obligations. Email me at vince@gabrielefitness.com and we will delete your records on request.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any marketing email using the link in the email. You can request a copy of what we have on file, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing vince@gabrielefitness.com. We respond within a reasonable time.

California, EU, and UK residents have additional rights under their local laws (CCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR). You can exercise those by contacting us at the same address.

Children

The site and our programs are for business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect data — HTTPS everywhere, encrypted storage, scoped access. No system is perfect; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the “Last updated” date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on the site or by email.
