What is the Find The Money call?
It's a free 30-minute call with Vince's team where we look at your gym, your numbers, and your offers, then show you exactly where the hidden revenue is — leaks you're not catching, prices you're undercharging, leads you're not following up on, members you could be upselling. You walk out with a concrete next step.
Is the call really free? What's the catch?
It's free. No card required, no hidden fee. Our coaches do these calls because the gym owners who get real value usually want to keep working with us — and a meaningful percentage do. The rest take the action plan and run with it on their own. Either way, you owe us nothing for the call itself.
How long is the call and who will I be talking to?
30 minutes, on Zoom, with a member of Vince's coaching team (Tom Leonardis on sales or Carly Fernald on marketing, depending on what you book). They've each spent thousands of hours inside real gyms — you're not getting a sales rep reading a script.
Is this a sales pitch?
No. The call is built to find the money in YOUR business. If, at the end, our coaching is the right fit for the problem, we'll tell you. If it isn't, we'll tell you that too — and point you at what would actually help. We'd rather lose 30 minutes than waste your time.
What should I have ready before the call?
Two numbers: your monthly revenue and your current active client count. That's it. The rest comes out in the conversation. If you can also share your average client value and your monthly lead count, we can go even deeper.
What kind of gym is this for?
Independent gyms — semi-private training studios, small group coaching, personal training facilities. Owners doing anywhere from $10k/month to $100k+/month who feel like the business runs them instead of the other way around. We don't work with big-box franchises.
What happens after the call?
