Kyle started his business a decade ago in his parents basement, while he was still working full time as an elementary school teacher. He now has 2 locations, an amazing team of trainers and his business is thriving.
During his talk with Big Tom, Kyle breaks down the strategies and systems he used to build his team, open multiple locations and even overcome losing the roof on his original facility during Hurricane Sandy.
