Here’s your job in regards to your members…
1. Make People feel Better when they leave than when they came in
2. Make them feel Better about themselves when they leave than when they came in
3. Make them feel Special
4. Make them feel Smarter
5. Make them feel Connected
6. Make them feel like their Becoming a better person because they go to your gym
7. Give them Hope
Your job as the owner is to make sure your team knows this, lives this, and does this…every damn day.
Your responsibility is to give them what’s above and the information they need to transform their health…
The rest is up to them.
If you’re doing your part NEVER feel bad when someone does not get the results they want.
It’s an impossible battle to win.
Once you realize some of this is out of your hands and you take emotion out of it, you’ll be free to focus on how you can do your part even better.
