The bar was the most valuable part of the SPF Mastermind Meeting last week in Orlando, Florida.
I asked the members to post their biggest take away from the meeting.
Many talked about the presentation I did on a program that generated 300 leads, others mentioned the amazing guest speaker we had that blew our minds about marketing.
But the biggest winner...
Connection and Collaboration with the other members in the group.
That’s really what being part of a good mastermind is all about.
The conversations on the breaks, at lunch or dinner and the best ones… the bar!
This is where the really good stuff comes out.
The sharing that happens with nothing needed in return.
The willingness to help others.
The right environment to comes up with great ideas.
The accountability to do what you told the rest of the group you were going to do.
It’s very powerful to have a group like this in your life and it’s why I’ve been part of some type of mastermind myself since 2008.
I credit being part of a mastermind with hundreds of thousands of dollars generated from the things I learned.
Much, much more than I ever spent on them.
It’s been one of the best investments in my business career.

The SPF mastermind is now at a place where there are so many solid gym owners in there, I’m starting to be much more selective with who I let in.
