Over the past few years, Brian has shifted histarget market and now Advantage Strength focuses on training the adultpopulation.
During his talk with Big Tom, Brian talks about how he transitioned into anentrepreneur, after a 10 year career in professional hockey. He then dives intothe systems and strategies he has used to shift his model, build an amazingteam and find more free time for his family, even though the business continuesto grow.
